General Shipping Information

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly so your orders arrive on time. Occasionally, production or supply chain delays happen, meaning we might not have every item ready when you place your order. If this happens, we will ship what we currently have available.

Shipping Costs

LUMAR offers completely free delivery anywhere in Pakistan. We also have a very straightforward replacement process, so you never have to worry about hidden fees or extra shipping charges.

Delivery Timelines

You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 6 working days. If you are wondering why it takes a bit of time, it is because we craft most of our products from scratch as soon as you place your order.

Dispatching Your Order

We usually send out orders within 3 business days after confirming them. Our warehouse team works Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. We do close for national holidays, but we always plan ahead to keep any shipping delays as short as possible.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need your order sent to a different address, just let us know. We can easily update your delivery details as long as your order has not left our warehouse yet.

Delayed Items

If one of your items takes longer than expected to produce, we will not hold up your entire order. We will ship the ready items right away and send the remaining pieces as soon as they are finished.

Late Deliveries

If your delivery has passed the 4 to 6 working day window, please reach out to us. We will look into the matter immediately with our courier partner to find out where your package is.

Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you will get a text message from us. This message will include your tracking ID so you can follow your shipment right to your door.

Damaged Packages

If your package looks damaged when the courier arrives, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service team. If the package was dropped off while you were not there and you discover damage later, please check our replacement policy or contact us directly at 0313 5237014 or via email at contactatlumar@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to accept cancellations at any point before your order has been officially confirmed.
