Our General Policy
At LUMAR, all sales are final. Because of the nature of our production process, we do not offer general returns, refunds, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. However, we stand by the quality of our products and take full responsibility if an error occurs on our end.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a completely different item than what you purchased, we will gladly offer a free replacement. To qualify for this, you just need to follow a few simple steps:

Report it immediately: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We cannot accept any claims once this 24 hour window has closed.

Send us proof: Send a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product along with a short explanation to our WhatsApp number: 0313 5237014

Keep the packaging: The item needs to remain in its original packaging for the claim to be valid.
How the Replacement Process Works
Once our team reviews your photos and approves the claim, LUMAR will take over from there. You will not have to pay a single rupee for shipping. We will arrange for a courier to deliver your correct, brand new item while simultaneously collecting the damaged or incorrect one from your doorstep.
Important Conditions to Keep in Mind
If a customer attempts to return an item that does not meet our damaged or incorrect criteria, we will not be able to process it. In these cases, the item will either be discarded or sent back to you strictly at your own expense.
